Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SG360 ("the Service"), provided by Emuna Cloud Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SG360 is a cloud-based platform for churches to manage small groups, members, attendance, reports, and communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you may select a paid plan or your account will be paused.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) interfere with other users' use of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emuna Cloud Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
