Emuna Cloud Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates SG360. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

  • Account information: name, email address, church name, and password when you register.
  • Church data: member names, group information, attendance records, prayer requests, and other data you input into the Service.
  • Billing information: payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general analytics to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Send service-related communications
  • Improve features and user experience
  • Provide customer support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Stripe: for payment processing.
  • Supabase: our database provider, which hosts your data with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Vercel: our hosting provider for the web application.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security (RLS) for data isolation between churches, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, we retain data for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a standard format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how users interact with the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

SG360 is not intended for use by individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
