No. SG360 works perfectly as a standalone platform. Planning Center integration is an optional feature for churches that already use PCO and want to connect their data.
Which Planning Center modules does SG360 integrate with?
SG360 currently integrates with Planning Center People (member directory). This allows bidirectional sync of member profiles, contact information, and group assignments.
Is the sync real-time?
The sync runs periodically (every few hours) and can also be triggered manually from SG360 settings. This ensures data stays consistent without overloading either system.
What data gets synced?
Member names, email addresses, phone numbers, and group assignments. Attendance data, prayer requests, and SG360-specific features stay within SG360.
