Frequently asked questions
- How does the 14-day free trial work?
- Sign up and get full access to the Growth plan for 14 days — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan that fits your church or your account will be paused.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate accordingly.
- What counts as an 'active member'?
- Active members are the people in your church directory that are assigned to at least one group. Staff users (Directors, Supervisors, Facilitators) do not count toward your member limit.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes! Annual billing saves you 10% — that's like getting one month free every year.
- What happens if I exceed my member limit?
- We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and suggest an upgrade. We won't lock you out — your church operations always come first.
- Is Planning Center sync included?
- PCO sync is included in Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. It provides bidirectional member sync so you don't have to enter data twice.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
- How is SG360 different from Planning Center?
- PCO charges per module — Groups, Check-ins, Services — and costs add up fast. SG360 bundles everything into one flat subscription, so a mid-size church pays a fraction of what PCO would cost.
