How does the 14-day free trial work?

Sign up and get full access to the Growth plan for 14 days — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan that fits your church or your account will be paused.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate accordingly.

What counts as an 'active member'?

Active members are the people in your church directory that are assigned to at least one group. Staff users (Directors, Supervisors, Facilitators) do not count toward your member limit.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 10% — that's like getting one month free every year.

What happens if I exceed my member limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and suggest an upgrade. We won't lock you out — your church operations always come first.

Is Planning Center sync included?

PCO sync is included in Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. It provides bidirectional member sync so you don't have to enter data twice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How is SG360 different from Planning Center?

PCO charges per module — Groups, Check-ins, Services — and costs add up fast. SG360 bundles everything into one flat subscription, so a mid-size church pays a fraction of what PCO would cost.
